Refund policy

In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, online customers have the right to cancel their purchase and request a return for any reason within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a full refund under this provision, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.

Condition & Protection of Collectable Items
Coins are sold "as is", high quality photographs are available for your viewing before ordering. Coins are not professionally graded unless specifically indicated. 

The following strict conditions apply to all returns:

Handling an item may degrade its resale value. Under consumer law, we reserve the right to deduct a significant amount from your refund (up to 100% of the item's value) if the coin or note shows signs of handling, cleaning, toning, scratches, or broken security seals.

Faulty, Damaged, or Inauthentic Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you believe it is not as described, please contact us as you may be entitled to a full refund.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for any items proven to be damaged, faulty, or incorrectly described.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please log into your customer account on our store or contact our support team.

Provide Photographic Proof: You must email high-resolution photos of the item showing its current condition and the intact security seals/slabs before a return will be approved(if applicable).

Inspection Period: Once we receive the returned item, it must undergo a physical verification process. We cross-reference the item against our archive photographs, exact weights, and serial numbers to prevent counterfeit swapping. We will authenticate coins against multiple testing methods. This inspection can take up to 5 business days from receipt before your refund is authorised.

Return Shipping Costs & Liabilities

 

"Cool off" Change of Mind Returns: The buyer is entirely responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Required Shipping Method: You must use a fully insured, tracked, and signed-for shipping service that covers the full financial value of the item. If the item is lost or damaged in transit on its way back to us, we cannot issue a refund, and you will need to claim compensation from your chosen postal courier.

Original Shipping Costs: If you return your entire order within the 14-day window, we will refund your original purchase price plus our standard delivery fee. Express/3rd party insured shipping upgrades chosen at checkout are non-refundable.

International Orders & EU Customs Duties
For returns sent back from the European Union to the UK:

 

You must clearly mark the customs declaration package as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE".

Any import taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees incurred by us due to an incorrectly labelled return package will be deducted from your final refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
